Sitting in the paint booth. All the bare metal has been covered with sealer.

The process is:

1. Bare Metal

2. Sealer

3. Primer

4. Base Coat

5. Clear Coat

Fairly nasty looking bumper.

Mopar put all the lights into the bumper itself, This did make it fairly easy to rewire everything back into place.

The gas cap lives behind the licence plate!!

In the background is a 1940, Eight Banger Ford.

All I did was clean, and clean and clean some more.

Then a wax job over the chrome.

Almost looks like I took it out for a re chrome job..

This is where we started in the spring of 2001.

When I fail to work on my car on a weekly basis, my brother starts covering it with paying customers left over car parts.

I eventually get the hint!
