These were the original 30 year old seats. The rear seat was in almost perfect condition. Guess not much action happened back there!

However, the driver's seat was just destroyed. It was even missing much of it's original foam padding.

I purchased a set of "proper" seat covers from Legendary Interiors along with a new carpet.

This is Jack B. He was instrumental in getting my MOPAR back on the road and out of the body shop.

Jack did everything from sanding to grinding and is seen here doing a first class repair on these seats.

We glued in some liberated seat foam from some other car in the body shop parts area and was able to rebuild the entire foam area.

Here is the final result. Looked brand new.

It took 2 full days to remove, repair and replace these 2 seats.

The car came with this wonderful Hurst Pistol Grip shifter.

My car came with the center console (not seen here).

Can't begin to describe the feeling of grabbing second gear at 5500 RPM with these 4:10 gears.... Gives me tripod pants!

All covered up, ready for the interior painting.

I sprayed that black, rubber, undersealer all over the floor and trunk.

It was easy to do and made the interior look so much better.

All done! The rubber type paint is very easy to use and really sticks.
